PCSO Small Town Lottery Draw Mechanics & Cutoff Rules
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office strictly implements standardized draw procedures across all participating provinces in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. To maintain transparency, all draws are monitored by authorized government representatives and community witnesses.
Important Player Guidelines:
- Strict Betting Cut-off: Ticket terminals automatically close transactions 15 minutes before each scheduled draw. Bets entered after cutoff are queued for the subsequent draw session.
- Holiday & Special Schedules: Official draw cancellations or holiday modifications (e.g., Good Friday, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) are declared through official PCSO public advisories.
- Live Result Verification: Results are populated on our dashboard immediately following the completion of mechanical drum rotation and official validation.
