Editorial & Draw Verification Methodology
This document details the editorial protocols, draw verification workflows, status classifications, and correction standards governing the STL Result Today results service.
1. Draw Result Status Classifications
Every number displayed across our platforms carries an explicit verification status:
The scheduled draw session has not yet concluded or winning numbers are currently being verified.
Initial winning numbers have been recorded from live draw broadcasts and posted for immediate reference.
Draw numbers have undergone audit against official draw confirmation logs and verified for ticket checking.
Applied in the rare instance that an initial transmission typo requires an audited editorial correction.
2. Daily Draw Verification Workflow
Our verification desk follows a three-stage publishing procedure:
Stage 1: Live Broadcast Monitoring
During the 10:30 AM, 3:00 PM, and 7:00 PM / 8:00 PM sessions, draw monitors observe live proceedings and record drawn digits in sequence.
Stage 2: Cross-Verification & Status Assignment
Recorded combinations are matched against provincial draw records before being designated as Official Result.
Stage 3: Database & Archival Ingestion
Verified numbers are immediately committed to our permanent database, updating provincial pages, daily archives, and structured data feeds.
3. Corrections Policy & Discrepancy Reporting
Accuracy is paramount. In the event of a discrepancy between early broadcast transcriptions and certified provincial sheets:
- The affected draw entry is flagged immediately with a Corrected status note.
- The verified number is updated across all affected date and provincial records.
- Readers and retailers can report draw discrepancies directly to [email protected].
4. Historical Data Governance
All past results published in our Previous Results Archive are preserved indefinitely as permanent historical records, ensuring transparent access for players verifying past tickets.
